OTA is thrilled to be working along side Postans High Performance. OTA is now able to draw on Keenan's experiences in speed training, Olympic lifts and plyometrics from his experiences as a professional athlete with Bobsled Canada. After a stellar high school career, Keenan was a highly sough after QB by several OUA Football programs, but he decided to chase another passion in bobsled.

If you followed along with the Olympics you'd have seen a U of T teammate (Luka Stoikos) of fellow OTA Coach Brandon Thibodeau compete in the 2026 Winter Olympics. Football and Bobsled are such a perfect pairing for similar explosive power needs.
